合意

参加条件や概要に合意いただけましたら、簡単な契約書を交わします。

制作
Production.
実際に商品を作っていきます。商品ごとに 5 - 6 を繰り返します。
We will actually make the product. Repeat steps 5 - 6 for each product.

リリース
Product release
商品を発表/販売し、楽しみに待ってくれている方のもとにお届けします。
We release the product and deliver it to your fans!

精算
Adjustment
制作実費を除く売上金を送金します。精算日は毎月末日となります。
Sales proceeds, excluding expenses, are remitted. Settlement is due at the end of each month.
Project Terms☺︎

当プロジェクトへの参加は、必ずアーティスト本人の意思にて行われます（アーティストが幼い場合は本人の意思に加え、保護者の意思によって行われます）

商品に使用する絵は未発表作品に限ります
-
当プロジェクト参加時の契約をもって、商品に使用する絵の著作権はスタジオエクリに譲渡されます
-
使用する絵の加工編集権はスタジオエクリに帰属します（加工編集の意図をアーティストに伝えた上で相談/確認しながら進めていきます）

売上の送金にはWiseを使用します

売上金送信時、制作経費、送金手数料が引かれます

Participation must be of the artist's own volition (if the artist is a young child, the will of the parent or guardian will be added to the artist's will).

The artwork to be used in the products must be unpublished.

The copyright of the picture to be used in the product is transferred to studioEcrit upon signing the participation contract.

The right to edit the pictures to be used belongs to studioEcrit (the artist will be informed of the intent of the editing and the process will be discussed in consultation with the artist).

Use "Wise" for sales remittance.

Production costs and remittance fees are deducted from the sales proceeds.

絵などの作品は写真かスキャンデータで送ってください

作品の写真を撮る場合は、明るい場所で正面から撮ってください。絵とスマートフォンが「並行」になるように気を付けましょう

使用する絵が決まったら、完成品をメールでお送りください。※各種SNSのメッセージではデータが自動縮小する場合があります

You can send us a photo or scanned data of your artwork.

If you take a picture, take it from the front in a bright place. Make sure that the picture and your smartphone are parallel.

Once you have decided which picture you want to use, please email us your finished work. sns messenger will automatically shrink the data.

絵が斜めになった、絵の一部が切れた、暗かった などの写真はNGです。
What is not good is that the picture is skewed, part of the picture is cut off, and it is dark.
